General Information

For the health and comfort of our guest and staff, The Fairbanks House is a compeletly NON- SMOKING property, including grounds.

Rates include a full gourmet breakfast in the dining room or side porch each morning of your stay as well as an evening social hour from 5 -6 with complimentary beverages and hors d'oeuvres.

The Fairbanks House welcomes children over the age of 12.

If you have special dietary restrictions, please let us know upon making your reservation. We will be happy to make alternate breakfast arrangements.

Since we make every effort to be a hypoallergenic property, we cannot accommodate your pets.

The Fairbanks House is open year-round, including Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Rate Policy

All rates are based on single or double occupancy unless noted.

Only certain rooms (#2, Servants Quarters, Tower Suite) can accommodate more than two guests.

Non-holiday weekends have a two night minimum unless current reservations create a one night opening. Holiday and special event weekends have a three night minimum.

Rates are subject to a 9.0% state/local tax.

Rates may change without notice and may vary for special events.

Reservation Policy

A multi-night reservation requires a 50% deposit, a one night reservation requires a 100% deposit. For your convenience The Fairbanks House accepts checks and most major credit cards.

Cancellation and Change Policy

Single Room Reservations: Reservations may be canceled or changed up to 14 days prior to your arrival with a $25 re-booking fee. Cancellations or changes after that time will result in a forteiture of your entire deposit unless we are able to fully re-rent your room. NO REFUNDS INSIDE OF 48 HOURS. No shows will be charged for the entire reservation. Deposits are considered forfeited and may not be applied to a future stay.

"Girls Just Wanna Have Fun Getaways", Thankgiving Packages, Christmas Packages, Special Events and Multi-Room Reservations: Reservations may be canceled or changed up to 30 days prior to your arrival with a $25 re-booking fee. Arrival/Departure Policy

You may check-in anytime after 3:00pm. Early arrivals can sometimes be accomodated. Please ask in advance to find out if this is possible.
